We have released the functionality that we now display the Participants name on the entry within the referrals menu. This will help to identify the prospective participant within the referrals functionality!
We have added the form submission request owner to a form submission request! Now you can view this within the form request itself as seen below.
Now you can archive specific form submissions! This will help remove any mistake submissions or any test submissions you may have made against a form. To do this navigate to the form itself and into the specific submission and click the actions button as seen below.
When selecting "Someone Else" in a signature request, the current user is now always a suggested signer. This will speed up the process of assigning a signee to external signature requests!
We have added the option to now set up Note Templates for Calendar Details. You will now see within the Tasks and Notes settings menu, within the Note Template menu that you can assign the Calendar Event usage type. To utilise this within the calendar event simply click the post note with the letter 'T' to select from the added templates as seen below.
Now when you deactivate a user they will also be removed form their associated team when they were an active user!
