Shift Alerts
This is an Astalty Scheduling feature which is currently in beta testing and not accessible by all customers.

Overview
The Shift Alerts page is where you review shifts that have not been clocked in or clocked out. It will update in real time and allow you to stay on the front foot with late clockings. It can be found within the Scheduling sub menu under Review.
Viewing Shift Alerts
Shifts that are missing clock-in or clock-out times will appear in the Shift Alerts page. This acts as your guide for following up with staff to ensure time entries are accurate. You can sort the table by Support Worker, Start Time, or End Time to quickly find the information you need.
Important
If support workers do not clock in or out, their timesheets will not flow through to the approvals page, and they will not be paid for their support.
The Shift Alerts table displays all shifts that require review, with the following detail provided:
Support Worker
Shift Type - Support (1:1), Group, or Shift (Internal or non-support activity)
Start Time - Start time of the shift
End Time - End time of the shift
Status - This displays the type of status, how long it's been since they've not clocked in or out and if it has been cancelled.
Cancelled shifts appear with a red “!” icon beside their status, and the row will be highlighted in red. Selecting the icon opens a pop-up to choose charge and payment options.
For each Shift Alert, you can view the Shift by selecting 'View Shift' within the '3 dot' menu.
Actioning Alerts
Missed Clock Ins/Outs
Whether it's a missed Clock In or Clock Out, these shifts can be actioned on behalf of the support worker within the Shift Alerts page by selecting the option to View Shift via the 3 dot menu.
Missed Clock In
Once you're viewing the support, select the 3 dot menu in the support workers shift and select Clock In.
Provide a Reason for Clock In and then select Clock In to confirm it.
The Clock In time will display within the shift.
Missed Clock Out
Once you're viewing the support, select the 3 dot menu in the support workers shift and select Clock Out. Provide a Reason for Clock Out and then select Clock Out to confirm it.
The Clock Out time will display within the shift.
Clock In/Out Audit Trail
The details of a Clock In or Clock Out can be view via the Audit Trail available in the Support. To view this detail navigate to to the Actions menu and select the Audit Trail while viewing the support.
The Audit Trail will display the user who made the change, date, time and reasons for missed Clock Ins and Clock Outs.
