Plan Manager Tag

Overview

Plan Manager Tags are reusable, colour-coded labels. They are available when Plan Manager Tags are enabled. Viewing a Plan Manager does not by itself grant permission to update it or manage Tags.

Attaching Tags

Open a Plan Manager and use the Tags control on its Details page. Select + Add Tag, search if needed, then select an existing Tag. Attaching a Tag requires permission to update the Plan Manager.

Removing Tags

Open the Tags control and select an assigned Tag to remove it. This changes only the current Plan Manager.

Creating a New Tag

Search for the required name in the Tags control. If no Tag exists and your role can create Plan Manager Tags, select the Create option or press Enter. Enter a name, choose a colour, then save.

The colour picker accepts its available formats, including RGB, HSL, and HEX.

Updating a Tag

Use the edit icon beside a Tag when your role can update Plan Manager Tags. Change the name or colour, then save.

Tags are also included in the Plan Managers Export.

Managing All Tags

Users with Settings access can open Settings > Directory. This page is available when Organisation Tags are enabled. Creating, updating, and deleting Plan Manager Tags use separate permissions.
