Plans Export

The Plans Export downloads current or past NDIS Plan and Service totals for every active Participant.

Finding the Plans Export

Open Exports, select Create Export, then select Plans under Participants.

Configuring the Export

By default, the CSV includes current plans for active Participants. Turn on Include past plans to add plans that have ended. Future plans are not included.

Creating the Export

Select Create Export. Every active Participant appears in the export. A Participant without a matching plan has blank plan dates, zero remaining days and no Services or funded supports.

Downloading the Export

When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page where you can click on Download to save it to your device.

Exported Fields

The CSV contains:

Participant ID, Participant, and Participant NDIS Number.
Plan Start Date, Plan End Date, and Remaining Days on Plan. Current plans show the days until the plan ends. Past plans and Participants without a matching plan show 0.
Number of Services on Plan.
Services Total Amount, the sum of non-deleted Service budgets on the plan.
Services Total Used Amount, based on pending billable task Charge Items from each Service start or reconciliation date through the export time, plus any amount already reconciled on the Service.
Services Total Remaining Amount, calculated as Services Total Amount minus Services Total Used Amount.
Total Funded Supports, the sum of the plan's funding budgets.
