Information Items

Information Items add consistent sections to Participant profiles. The default Admin role can create, update, delete, and reorder them. Managers and Team Members can view the settings by default; Support Workers cannot.

Creating Information Items

1. Open Participant Settings.
2. Select Create Information Item.
3. Enter a unique Name.
4. Configure requirements, Documents, Support Worker visibility, and Default Content as applicable.
5. Select Create.

Required Information Items

Enable Required to show the item as missing on every Participant until details are entered.

Required for Selected Participant Tags

Enable Required for some participant tags, then choose the Tags. A Participant with any selected Tag must complete the item. Required and Required for some participant tags are mutually exclusive.

Removing a selected Tag from a Participant removes that Tag-based requirement; it does not delete entered details.

Documents Allowed

On Professional accounts, Documents Allowed lets staff attach Documents to this Information Item on a Participant profile.

With Scheduling enabled, Visible to Support Workers lets Support Workers see the Information Item in the mobile app. This controls visibility; it does not grant them Settings access.

Default Content can contain rich text and can use a Note Template configured for Participant Information Items.

Updating Information Items

Open the Information Item menu and select Edit. Changes affect the shared item on Participant profiles. Changing requirement rules does not add missing content automatically.

Deletion is blocked while any Participant's copy contains details or Documents. The blocker lists those Participants. Clear the held details and Documents first. Empty Participant rows do not block deletion.

Re-ordering Information Items

Drag Information Items into the intended order. The order is used in Settings and on Participant profiles.

Information Item Note Template

Default Content supports Note Templates whose usage is Participant Information Items. See Note Templates.
