Goals Export

Finding the Goals Export

Head to the Exports page, click Create Export, and select Goals under Participants, or go directly to Create Participant Goal Export. The export is a PDF for one Participant.

Configuring the Export

Select one active or archived Participant. The selection is required.

Creating the Export

After selecting the Participant, select Create Export. The PDF includes the Participant's active Goals, ordered from newest to oldest. Archived Goals are excluded.

Downloading the Export

When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page where you can click on Download to save it to your device.

Exported Fields

The PDF identifies the Participant and NDIS number. For each active Goal, it includes the Goal name, status, type, description, achievement strategies, and barriers.
