Plan Managers Export
The Plan Managers Export gives you a CSV of every Plan Manager stored in your Directory.
Creating the Export
Head to the Exports page, click Create Export, and select Plan Managers from the Directory group — or go straight to the Plan Managers export.
On the Plan Managers export page, click Create Export.
Downloading the Export
When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page, where you can click Download to save it to your device.
Exported Fields
The file contains one row per Plan Manager, sorted by name, with these columns. Archived Plan Managers are included, marked Archived under Status.

| Name | The Plan Manager's name |
| ABN | Australian Business Number |
| Website | The Plan Manager's website |
| Portal Link | The portal link recorded against the Plan Manager |
| Status | Active, or Archived if the Plan Manager has been archived |
| Tags | The Plan Manager Tags applied to the Plan Manager, in alphabetical order and separated by a comma — blank when the Plan Manager has no Tags |
| Contact First Name, Contact Last Name | The Plan Manager's primary contact |
| Contact Email | The primary contact's email address |
| Contact Phone | Landline number |
| Contact Mobile | Mobile number |
| Invoice Email | The address invoices are sent to |
