Paid Status
The Paid Status column shows where each invoice sits with payment. Because this export only includes invoices that still have an amount owing, you'll only ever see one of the following:
- Overdue: The invoice still has an amount owing and its due date has passed, whether or not part of it has been paid.
- Partially Paid: Part of the invoice has been paid and the due date hasn't passed yet.
- Unpaid: Nothing has been paid and the due date hasn't passed yet.
By following these steps, you can efficiently export and download a detailed report of your outstanding invoices, which can be seamlessly integrated into your accounting workflow.
