Viewing All Form Submissions

Overview

The All Submissions page lists non-incident form submissions that you have permission to view. Participant and staff incident submissions are managed in Incidents.

Each row shows:

• Form
• Submitted By
• Submitted At
• Last Viewed By

Viewing a Submission

Click a submission to open its answers, associations, comments, submitted documents, and available actions.

Filter Options

Use the search box or these filters to narrow the list:

• Unread: Unread by me or Unread by everyone.
• Status: Active or Archived.
• Submitted By: a Participant or team member. This filter only appears when your permissions allow you to list those records.
• Forms: one or more forms. This filter requires access to manage forms.

Opening a submission marks it as viewed by you. The Last Viewed By column records the most recent viewer.
