Connecting your Google Calendar
Connect your own Google account so your Google Calendar events show in Astalty and the events you create in Astalty are sent to Google.
How to find the Calendar Integration
Select your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu, then My Profile. The Integrations and Calendar tabs appear only on your own profile, so each user connects their own Google account.

Open the Integrations tab. It has a Microsoft Integration card for Outlook and a Google Integration card for Google Calendar.

Setting Up the External Calendar Integration
On the Google Integration card, select Connect.

Sign in to your Google account.

Allow every permission Google asks for. Astalty needs access to your Google calendars, your email address and your basic profile. If any of these is not granted, the connection fails and you need to select Connect again.
Once the connection succeeds, select Configure your Google Integration. Astalty opens your Calendar tab so you can choose which Google calendars to show and your main calendar. See Seeing Your External Calendar In Astalty.
On the Integrations tab, the Google Integration card now shows Connected.
Reconnecting or Disconnecting
If the connection stops working, Astalty emails you and shows a notification, and the Google Integration card shows Invalid. Select Reconnect and sign in again. Reconnecting keeps your calendar choices and main calendar. While the connection is invalid:
- Your Google events do not load in the Astalty Calendar.
- Events you create in Astalty are not sent to Google, including after you reconnect.
- Edits and deletions you make in Astalty are not sent to Google.
To remove the connection, select Disconnect on the card and confirm. Astalty then stops showing your Google calendars, clears your main calendar if it was a Google calendar, and stops sending events to Google. Events already in Google stay there, and your Astalty events stay in Astalty. If the card shows Invalid, select Reconnect instead of disconnecting.
