Participant Birthdays Report

You can find the Birthdays report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and clicking Birthdays.

Report Overview

This report will show you information about recent and upcoming birthdays for your Participants.

If you don't have access to view all Participants, you will only see your assigned Participants in this report.

Report Sections

Birthdays Today

This section will outline all Participants who have a birthday today.

Upcoming Birthdays

A list of Participants who have a birthday within the next 2 weeks.

Recent Birthdays

A list of Participants who had a birthday within the past 7 days.

Missing Date of Birthday

These Participants do not have their date of birth recorded - you should update this as soon as possible.

Birthdays by Month

At the bottom of the report, the Birthdays by Month card lists every Participant with a birthday in the month you select, so you aren't limited to the next 2 weeks.

Use the month dropdown in the top right of the card to pick any month of the year. The card opens on the current month, and the list updates as soon as you choose a different one.

Results are ordered by the day of the month, then alphabetically by name, and show the day and month of the birthday (for example, 3rd January) rather than the year or age. Use the actions menu at the end of a row to open that Participant's profile.
