Team Billable Hours Export

Finding the Team Billable Hours Export

To generate an export of team billable hours head to the Exports page in Astalty. Then click *Create Export *and select Team Billable Hours or click here.

Configuring the Export

From

The start of the date range you'd like to export for.

To

The end of the date range you'd like to export for.

Select a Team Member

Select a team member to specify the export to this report. This is an optional selection.

Select Teams

Select a team to specify the export to this report. This is an optional selection.

Creating the Export

After setting the date range, click on “Create Export”.

Downloading the Export

When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page where you can click on Download to save it to your device.

Exported Fields

• The CSV file will include several important headings;
  • Name
  • Date
  • Billable Hours
  • Unbillable Hours
  • Target Hours
  • Variance
