User Forms

Overview

The Forms page on a user's profile brings together submission requests and submissions linked to that user. If an existing submission is missing, open it and link it to the user's profile. See Managing Form Submissions.

Form Submission Requests

This section lists Form Submission Requests for the user. Select Create Request to add a new Form Submission Request.

Form Submissions

This section lists the user's submissions that you can view. Select Fill out Form to choose an available published Form and complete it for the user.
