Astalty Premium
Astalty Premium is the next tier of Astalty, bringing together more advanced tools for records, documents, calendars, forms, reporting, referrals, scheduling and compliance.
This guide gives you an overview of the main features included in Astalty Premium and how they can help your team get more out of Astalty.
Compliance and Records
User Records
User Records help you track records for your team members, such as police checks, working with children checks, employment contracts, training certificates or any other record your organisation needs to manage.
You can customise the record types you track, add records to users, monitor expiry dates and manage records that require verification. You can also set up notifications so the right people are alerted when a record is expiring or needs attention.
For more information, visit the User Records guide.
Participant Records
Participant Records help you manage documentation required for participants, such as service agreements, consent forms, risk assessments or other important documents.
You can create your own participant record types, add records to participant profiles, attach documents, track expiry dates, request signatures and send record documents by email. Reports and exports can help you find records that are missing, expiring or need follow up.
For more information, visit the Participant Records guide.
Participant Risks
Participant Risks give your team a place to record and review participant risk information. This can help with risk assessments, reporting and keeping important risk details visible to the people who need them.
For more information, visit the Participant Risks guide.
Notes and Documents
Note Templates
Note Templates let you create reusable note structures for your team. This helps keep notes consistent, saves time and makes it easier for staff to include the right information when writing participant, support or user notes.
For more information, visit the Note Templates guide.
Document Generation
Document Generation lets you create custom templates that can be used to generate documents from information already stored in Astalty.
You can use templates for service agreements, consent forms, participant documents, user documents or other documents your organisation regularly prepares. Premium also supports generating selected NDIS documents and forms using participant information from Astalty.
For more information, visit the following guides:
eSignatures
eSignatures let you send documents for signing without leaving Astalty. They can be used with participant records, user records and generated documents where signing workflows are available.
For more information, visit the eSignatures Overview guide.
Teams and Directory Management
Teams
Teams let you group users together in Astalty. Once set up, teams can be used throughout Astalty for filtering reports, participant lists, scheduling views and dashboards.
This is useful when your organisation wants to review information for a specific group of staff, location or operational team.
For more information, visit the Teams guide.

Budgets can include line items and can be used alongside other finance workflows where available.
For more information, visit the Budget Functionality guide.
Support Goals
Support Goals let you connect participant goals to supports and support notes. This helps your team document how support delivery relates back to the participant's goals.
For more information, visit the Goals guide.
Calendar
Astalty Calendar
The Calendar gives your team a central place to view and manage events in Astalty. You can create calendar events, link events to tasks, clone events, use recurring events and view system generated calendar items such as birthdays or expiry dates.

Google and Microsoft Calendar Integrations
Premium includes external calendar integrations so users can connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendars where your organisation has enabled those options.

Forms let you build custom online forms in Astalty. You can use forms to collect information, manage submissions and connect submitted information to participants, users or sites.
For more information, visit the Introduction To Forms guide.

Referrals
Referrals give your team a place to manage referral submissions and waitlist workflows. You can review referrals, assign them to team members, create participants from referrals, export referral information and configure referral notifications.
