Participant Risks Report

Overview

The Participant Risks Report is based on the entered risks for your participants across your account. This report will outline all entered risks details, control, the Inherent and Residual Risk, Review Dates and also will outline the number of each risk at each level within your matrix. Risks Matrix

The Inherent and Residual Risk Matrices break down the likelihood vs consequence of each risk entered within your Astalty account. Based on the risk information Astalty will give the risk value of, Insignificant, Minor, Moderate, Major, or Severe vs Rare, Unlikely, Possible, Likely, or Almost Certain. We will calculate the frequency of each level of risk and add this to the matrices for you. Allowing you to keep on top of the level of Risk within your organisation.

You can search for the Participant name within this report. Within the report you can also filter by Residual Risk; Low, Moderate, High, or Catastrophic.

Risk Entry Options

Similarly to the risks menu you can click the dropdown arrow to view the controls entered for that participant.

You also have the option to 'view risk' and 'view participant risk' from the risk entry in the report.

View Risk

The view risk will take you to the View Risk page. This outlined the risk details in full as seen below.

View Participant Risks

This will take you directly to the risks menu for that participant where you can get the full view of that participants risk.
