Overview

The Support Tasks Report provides visibility of all Tasks assigned to Supports within the selected time period, helping teams monitor task completion across the organisation.

It is the best place to get a high-level overview of task completion, allowing you to quickly see which tasks have been completed during shifts.

At the top of the report, summary cards provide a quick overview of task activity within the selected date range:

  • Total Tasks – The total number of tasks scheduled

  • Completed – The number of tasks marked as completed

  • Not Completed – The number of tasks that were not completed

These cards update automatically when filters are applied.

Task Table

The table includes the following columns:

  • Task – Name and description of the scheduled task

  • Status – Whether the task was completed or not completed

  • Support Date – The date the support occurred

  • Participants – The Participant associated with the support

  • Support Workers – The support worker assigned to the support

Clicking on a row in the table opens the associated Support, allowing you to view additional details.

The report includes a search field that allows you to quickly locate specific tasks.

You can search by task name, making it easier to find tasks within large reports.

Search results update automatically as you type.

Filters

Filters allow you to refine the report and focus on specific tasks or supports.

Use the Participant filter to view tasks associated with a specific Participant.

This is useful when reviewing task completion for individual Participants.
