My Capacity Report
You can find the My Capacity report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and clicking My Capacity under the Team heading.

Report Overview
My Capacity shows how much you could bill each week based on the funds remaining and the number of weeks left in each of your Participants' Services. It's the personal version of the Capacity Report — the calculation works the same way, but it only includes Services where you are the assigned coordinator.
If you have no Services assigned to you with remaining capacity, the report will let you know there's nothing to show.

Summary statistics
Across the top of the report you'll see:
- Billable target — your configured weekly billable target.
- Billable capacity — the hours you could bill each week based on the funds and weeks remaining across your Participants' Services.
- Avg. billable capacity — an average billable capacity figure across your Participants' Services.
Participant breakdown
Below the summary, the report lists each of your Participants and their Services, with a totals row at the bottom:
- Participant / Service — the Participant and the Service the capacity is calculated for.
- Amount — the funding remaining in the Service.
- Hours — the hours remaining in the Service.
- Weeks — the weeks remaining in the plan.
- Avg. Hours per week — an averaged hours-per-week figure for the Service.
- Hours per week — the hours remaining divided by the weeks remaining.
The table is sorted by Hours per week (highest first) by default, and every column can be sorted. For a full explanation of how each figure is calculated, see the Capacity Report guide.

Excluding a Service from the calculation
Use the eye icon at the end of a row to exclude a Service from your capacity calculation — and include it again later. Excluded Services appear greyed out and don't count towards your billable capacity totals. This is handy when a Service shouldn't affect your billable capacity, for example one that's about to end or is being managed by someone else.
