Completed Supports Without Notes Report

This is an Astalty Scheduling feature which is currently in beta testing and not accessible by all customers.

You can find the Completed Supports Without Notes Report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty, scrolling down to the Scheduling section and clicking Supports Without Notes.

Overview

The Completed Supports Without Notes Report allows you to review all supports that do not have an associated case note in one place, with flexible filtering options such as Date Range, Cancelation Status and Support Worker. This report provides a comprehensive overview to help you spot trends, identify gaps, and follow up on any areas that may require attention.

The report displays key details for each support, including:

  • Support Worker

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Clock In Time

  • Clock Out Time

  • Days Since Clock Out – shows how long it has been since the shift ended, helping you track overdue case notes.

Search the results by Support Worker name.

Filters

You can also filter the results by date range, as well as display supports that have been cancelled and do not have any notes, making it easier to focus on specific time periods and identify cases that require follow-up.

Date

Filter by the desired date or date range using one of the available prepositions:

  • On - the specified date

  • After - the specified date

  • Before - the specified date

  • Between - two dates

And to assist you, they can be used in conjunction with the available Presets:

  1. Last Week

  2. Last Month

  3. This Week

  4. This Month

Cancelation Status

Filter the supports with missing notes, by whether the support was Cancelled or Not Cancelled.

Support Worker

Filter the supports with missing notes by the Support Worker who was assigned. This is a helpful filter to help you manage staff compliance.
