Participant Documents Report
You can find the Participant Documents Report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and selecting Participant Documents.
This report is only accessible by Users with Admin role assigned.
Report Overview
This report provides an overview of all Participant Documents stored within the system.
The report displays key document information, allowing you to search, filter, and review documents across all participants.
If you do not have access to view all participants, you will only see documents related to your assigned participants.
Report Columns
The report includes the following columns:
Document Name – The name of the uploaded document
Participant – The participant the document is associated with
Categories – The category assigned to the document
Uploaded Date – The date the document was uploaded
Search
You can search for documents by entering a document name in the search field.
The report will update automatically to display matching results.
Available Filters
To apply filters, click on the filter icon and select the filter you would like to use.
Participant
Use this filter to view documents for a specific participant.
Status
Filter documents by their status.
Categories
Filter documents based on assigned categories.
File Types
Filter documents by file type (e.g. PDF, image, document).
Using the Report
Use the Participant Documents Report to:
Quickly locate documents across participants
Filter documents by category or file type
Review uploaded documents and their details
Maintain visibility over participant documentation
Sorting Results
Clicking on a column header will reorder the results based on that column.
This allows you to quickly organise documents by:
Upload date
Participant
Document name
Document Actions
Each document in the report includes additional actions available via the menu (3 dots) at the end of the row.
These actions include:
Viewing the document
Viewing the Participants Document page
