Active Overnights Export
The Active Overnights Export gives you a CSV of the active overnight periods workers recorded during sleepovers, with the reason for each disturbance.
You need the Scheduling module and permission to view shifts for all users to see this export.
Use it when you need the raw data — for a plan review, a funding claim, or your own analysis. To review the same information on screen with totals per participant and worker, use the Active Overnights Report instead.
Creating the export
- Head to the Exports page and click Create Export.
- Under Shifts, select Active Overnights — or click here.
- Set the From and To dates. Presets are available for This week, Last week, Last month and Last quarter.
- Optionally narrow the export to specific Participants or Support Workers. Leave both blank to include everyone.
- Click Create Export.
Downloading the export
When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page, where you can click Download to save it to your device.
Exported fields

| Start Time | When the worker became active |
| End Time | When the period ended |
| Duration (mins) | How long the worker was active, in minutes |
| Reason | The disturbance reason the worker entered |
| Approved | Whether the period has been approved |
