Worker Skills Report

You can find the Worker Skills report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and clicking Worker Skills under the Team heading.

Report Overview

The Worker Skills report lists the skills held by each worker across your team, so you can see where your coverage is strong, spot workers with no skills recorded, and find everyone who has a particular skill.

The report shows every worker who can be scheduled for supports. Restricted and deactivated users are excluded. The whole team is returned on one page — there is no pagination to click through.

For background on what skills are and how to record them, see Skills.

Report columns

  • Worker — the staff member's name. Sortable, and the report is sorted by this column by default.
  • Skills — every active skill the worker holds, listed alphabetically. Workers with no skills recorded show a dash (–).

Archived skills never appear here, even where a worker is still linked to one.

Search and filters

Use the search box to find a staff member by name, or the filter (funnel) icon to narrow the list by:

  • User Groups — show only workers in one or more of your user groups.
  • Skills — show only workers who hold any of the skills you select. Only active skills are offered.

Because the Skills filter matches on any of your selections rather than all of them, use it to answer "who could cover this?" — select Auslan and Meal Preparation to see everyone with at least one of the two.
