Supports Report

This is an Astalty Scheduling feature which is currently in beta testing and not accessible by all customers.

If you would like access to Astalty Scheduling please contact support@astalty.com.au.

You can find the Supports Report by navigating down to the Scheduling section within the Reports page in Astalty and clicking Supports.

Report Overview

The Supports Report provides visibility over all supports and allows you to filter results to better understand cancellation patterns. This report can be filtered by date range, and includes more flexible options to help analyse cancellation behaviour. Based on the supports displayed, this report displays both a number of Total Supports and Total Hours.

Search by Participant and Support Worker names

Filters

You can filter cancellations by Date range, and by any of the following available Filters:

Participant

Filter by one or more Participants assigned to the supports.

Support Worker

Filter by one or more Support Workers assigned to the supports.

Charge Item Set

If you need to find supports that are using a particular charge item set, you can use the Charge Item Set filter to define this.

Sleepover

Filter the results by whether the support a Sleepover or not.

Cancellation Status

Filter the results by whether the support has been Cancelled or Not Cancelled.

Support Type

Filter the results by one or more Support Types.

Cancelled Supports

If a support has been cancelled the row will be highlighted in red. Selecting the support will navigate you to the cancelled support.
