Risks Export
Overview
The Risks Export generates a CSV or PDF containing active risks for all participants, or scoped to selected participants and/or participant tags.
Finding the Risks Export
To generate an export head to the Exports page in Astalty. Then click Create Export and select Risks (under the Participants heading), or click here.
Configuring the Export
The export builder includes an Export Filters section with optional fields that let you narrow which participants are included.
Participants
This field is optional. Select one or more participants to limit the export to risks belonging to those individuals. If left blank, the export includes risks for all participants (subject to the Participant Tags selection).
Participant Tags
This field is optional. Select one or more Participant Tags to include all participants who carry any of the selected tags. You can combine tags with individually selected participants — the export covers everyone matched by either selection, with no duplicates. If both fields are left blank, the export includes all participants with active risks.
Export Format
Choose between CSV or PDF depending on your needs.
Creating the Export
Once you have configured your filters and chosen a format, click Create Export.
Downloading the Export
When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page where you can click on Download to save it to your device.
