Participant Documents Export

The Participant Documents Export downloads the documents you are allowed to view for one Participant in a ZIP file.

Finding the Documents Export

Head to the Exports page, click Create Export, and select Participant Documents under Participants, or go directly to Create Participant Documents Export.

Creating an Export of Participant Documents

Participant

Select the Participant whose documents you want to export. This selection is required.

Generating the Export

Select Create Export. Astalty collects the Participant documents visible to you and keeps each document's filename and extension in the ZIP.

Downloading the Export

When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page, where you can select Download to save the ZIP.
