Recurring Shifts Expiring Soon Report

Overview
The Recurring Shifts Expiring Soon Report highlights any shifts that are due to expire within a selected timeframe (On, After, Before, or Between for preset timeframes including Last Week, This Week, Last Month, and This Month, as well as Select Dates). This helps you identify supports that are coming to an end and determine whether they need to be reinstated.
Accessing the Recurring Shifts Expiring Soon Report
From the left-hand side menu, click Reports.
Scroll down to the Scheduling section.
The report displays key details for each support, including:
End Date
Shift Type
Duration
Start Time
End Time
Details
The Date filter allows you to refine your search results to On, After, Before, or Between for preset timeframes including Last Week, This Week, Last Month, and This Month, as well as allowing you to manually input Select Dates.
Extending Recurring Supports
You can easily extend recurring supports by Cloning the exisiting support. More information on how to do this can be found here.
