Site Records Export
The Site Records Export produces a CSV of records across every Site. It also includes a Missing row when a required Record Type has no current Record for a Site.
Exports requires Astalty Professional or Premium. You also need Scheduling and the Access Exports Module permission.
Finding the Site Records Export
Open Exports, select Create Export, then select Site Records under Sites. You can also open Create Site Records export.
Creating the Export
This export has no Site, Record Type, Status, or date filters. It covers all Sites and their Records. If your organisation requires an export reason, complete Reason, then select Create Export.
When the CSV is ready it appears on the Exports page. Select Download to save it.
Which Rows Are Included
Every stored Site Record produces a row with its current status:
- Current - active and not expired
- Expired - past its expiry date where the Record Type tracks expiry
- Archived - archived in Astalty
Astalty also checks every required Record Type for every Site. If that type has no current Record, the export adds a Missing row. An expired or archived Record can therefore appear alongside a Missing row for the same Site and Record Type. Archived Sites and archived required Record Types are included too, so an archived Site can still produce Missing rows.
Rows are ordered by Site name.
