Missing Support Notes Reminder Notifications

Overview

The Missing Support Notes Reminder notifications alerts the support worker when they have missing support notes, by automatically notifying Support Workers via a push notification from their app.

Setting Up the Notification

  • Click Create Notification - this will create the notification for you that is sent via push from the app to support workers. It will automatically send every Monday for missing support notes from the last seven days.

How Support Workers Receive Notifications

  • Notifications are delivered as push alerts to the Support Worker’s Astalty app.

  • Support Workers must have app notifications enabled to receive reminders

  • Selecting the notification takes the Support Worker directly to their missing support notes
