Participants Without Risks Report

Report Overview

The Participants Without Risks Report is a report that a user can make use of to view all Participants that do not have any risks assigned to them. This is handy for when you are auditing for risk compliance, instead of individually opening every Participant profile you can view the list of participant's with no risks in this report. You can filter this by tags, use the search or reorganise the Participant column order. Within this report you can see the Participant name, Primary and Service Coordinators, assigned Tags, and navigate to the Participant's Risks.

Report Columns

Participant

The participant who is without a risk.

Primary Coordinator

The participant's Primary Coordinator.

Service Coordinators

The participant's Service Coordinators.

Tags

Any Tags assigned to the Participant.

Record Menu (3 Dots)

For each participant without risks, you'll have access to a menu per record for that participant which can be viewed via the 3 dot menu at the end of the row.

• Use 'View Participant Risks' to view the Risks page and 'Add a risk'.

Report Filters

Search

You can search participant names by using the search field.

Tags

Display all participants who are without risks and have one or more tags assigned, making it easier for you to focus on specific details via the tags you have created.

View Participants Without Risks for

If you have permission to access all Participants, you will be able to toggle between viewing 'All Participants' without risks or just your own Participants without risks.
