Staff Birthdays Report

You can find the Staff Birthdays Report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and clicking Staff Birthdays.

Report Overview

This report will show you information about recent and upcoming birthdays for your Staff.

Viewing this report is controlled by a permission that only the Admin role has by default, so other roles won't see it unless you grant them that permission in Roles and Permissions.

Report Sections

Birthdays Today

This section will outline all Staff who have a birthday today.

Upcoming Birthdays

A list of Staff who have a birthday within the next 2 weeks.

Recent Birthdays

A list of Staff who had a birthday within the past 7 days.

Missing Date of Birthday

These Staff do not have their date of birth recorded - you should update this as soon as possible.

Birthdays by Month

At the bottom of the report, the Birthdays by Month card lists every Staff member with a birthday in the month you select, so you aren't limited to the next 2 weeks.

Use the month dropdown in the top right of the card to pick any month of the year. The card opens on the current month, and the list updates as soon as you choose a different one.

Results are ordered by the day of the month, then alphabetically by name, and show the day and month of the birthday (for example, 30th August) rather than the year or age. Use the actions menu at the end of a row to open that Staff member's profile.
