Employment Details Report
You can find the Employment Details report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and clicking Employment Details under the Team heading.

Report Overview
The Employment Details report lists every team member alongside their current employment details, so you can see at a glance who has details recorded and who is missing them. For background on the underlying feature, see Staff Contracted Hours.

Report columns
- Status — whether the employment details are Active, Expired, or Missing.
- User — the staff member's name.
- Role — the user's role in Astalty.
- Employment Basis — Full Time, Part Time, or Casual.
- Weekly Hours — the contracted weekly hours.
- Hourly Rate — the base hourly rate.
- SCHADS — the SCHADS classification recorded on the details.
- Start Date — the start date of the current employment details.
- End Date — the end date, or Ongoing where no end date is set.
Where a user has no current employment details, these columns show a dash (–) and the status makes it clear the details need to be added. Columns can be sorted, and the table is sorted by User by default.
