Participants With Plan Manager

Report Overview

The Participants With Plan Manager Report lists every active Participant who has a Plan Manager recorded and a current plan-managed Service, along with that Plan Manager's contact details. It gives you a single overview of which Participant is with which Plan Manager, so you can compare or reach out to multiple Plan Managers without opening each Participant's Finance tab or remembering which Plan Manager belongs to which Participant. You can filter this report by coordinator or team, and use it to quickly open a Participant, their Plan Manager, or their current plan.

Accessing the Report

Navigate to the Reports page, select the Participants tab, and click Participants With Plan Manager.

Report Columns

Participant
The Participant's name. Click it to open the Participant's profile.

Primary Coordinator
The primary coordinator assigned to the Participant. This column only appears in the All Participants view.

Plan Manager
The Plan Manager recorded against the Participant. Click it to open the Plan Manager's record.

Invoice Email
The Plan Manager's invoice email. Use the copy button to copy it without retyping.

Phone
The Plan Manager's phone number, with a copy button.

Contact Name
The Plan Manager's contact person.

Contact Email
The Plan Manager's contact email, with a copy button.

Plan-managed services
The number of current Services that are plan-managed.

Plan Start
The start date of the Participant's current NDIS Plan.

Plan End
The end date of the Participant's current NDIS Plan.

Report Filters

All Participants / My Participants
Toggle between viewing all Participants in your organisation or only Participants assigned to you (options will vary based on your permission level).

Search Participants
Search for a specific Participant by name.

Primary Coordinator
Filter the report by a specific Primary Coordinator.

Service Coordinator
Filter the report by a specific Service Coordinator.

Team
Filter the report by Team.

Report Actions

Use the three-dot menu at the end of any row to take action directly from the report.

View Participant
Opens the Participant's profile page.

View Plan Manager
Opens the Plan Manager's record.

View Plan
Opens the Participant's current NDIS Plan.
