Team Billables Report

You can find the Team Billables report by navigating to the Reports page in Astalty and clicking Team Billables.

Report Overview

This report gives you a breakdown of your team's billable charges, grouped by Charge Item, within the selected date range — the date range defaults to the current week. It shows a whole-of-team summary as well as a separate breakdown for each team member.

Report Sections

Summary

A summary of your team's billable charges across the whole team, grouped by Charge Item, for the selected date range.

Billables per Team Member

The same breakdown grouped by Charge Item, shown separately for each team member.

Report Columns

Both sections use the same columns:

• Charge Item — the reference you assigned to the charge item.
• Number — the Line Item number from the price guide.
• Name — the name of the Charge Item.
• Quantity — the quantity that has been billed.
• Unit — the units related to the Quantity (for example hours or units).

Available Filters

• Date Range — select the dates you'd like to view data for.
• Region — filter the data by Region, based on the Regions the user is in. Choose Unassigned to see users who aren't in any Region. This filter only appears when Regions are enabled for your organisation.
• Team — filter the data by user Teams.
