Organisations Export
The Organisations Export gives you a CSV of every organisation stored in your Directory, so you can review or share your organisation list outside Astalty.
Creating the Export
Head to the Exports page, click Create Export, and select Organisations from the Directory group - or go straight to the Organisations export.
On the Organisations Export page, Export Filters lets you filter by Organisation Tags when that feature is available. Choose Any of these tags to match an organisation with at least one, or All of these tags to match only an organisation with every Tag selected. With no tags selected, the export includes every organisation.
Select Create Export when ready.
Downloading the Export
When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page, where you can click Download to save it to your device.
Exported Fields
The file contains one row per active organisation, sorted by name, with these columns. Archived organisations are excluded.

| Suburb, State, Postcode, Address | The organisation's recorded address |
| Additional Information | The organisation's Additional Information notes, exported as plain text |
