Astalty's eSignature feature is powered by a partnership with Dropbox Sign.
Before the eSignature functionality can be used, the eSignature terms must be accepted on the Billing page by the Account Owner.

Astalty can only send one document at a time through the eSignature functionality.

By default, all users with the Admin role can access the eSignature functionality. All other users can be given access to the eSignature feature by adjusting their permissions.
You will be charged for each finalised Signature Request - this will be in addition to your monthly subscription.
The current price for eSignatures if $1.20 per finalised Signature Request including GST.
A Signature Request is finalised at the point of sending the document to be signed. The outcome of the signature request does not effect the billing. i.e. if a request is cancelled/not signed after the finalisation of the Signature Request you will still be billed for the request. As seen in the screenshot below.
