Incidents

Overview

Astalty, with the introduction of the Forms functionality (more on this here) has also introduced the Incidents functionality. The incidents functionality will centre around the reported incidents (participant and staff) forms with the submitted forms appearing in an incidents register within the software.

How to create an Incident Form

Creating an Incident form will be very similar to how you would create any form within the software. The Astalty forms functionality will release with two incident templates one for the Participant Incidents and one for the Staff Incidents. You can also create an Incident form from scratch and select the usage type within the Create a Form functionality. To learn more about creating a form click here for the user guide article.

How to submit an Incident Form

Permissions

Access to view and update Incidents is based on a User's role.

Anyone can submit an incident as long as they have access to submit the related incident form.

Can view and update all Incidents

Can view and update all Incidents

No access

Team Member

Can only view Incidents related to their assigned Participants
