Astalty, with the introduction of the Forms functionality (more on this here) has also introduced the Incidents functionality. The incidents functionality will centre around the reported incidents (participant and staff) forms with the submitted forms appearing in an incidents register within the software.
Creating an Incident form will be very similar to how you would create any form within the software. The Astalty forms functionality will release with two incident templates one for the Participant Incidents and one for the Staff Incidents. Access to view and update Incidents is based on a User's role.
Anyone can submit an incident as long as they have access to submit the related incident form.
