Record Acknowledgement Report

You can find the Record Acknowledgement Report by navigating to the Scheduling section of the Reports page in Astalty, and clicking on Record Acknowledgements or by clicking here.

Overview

The Record Acknowledgement Report provides visibility over all Records requiring Support Worker acknowledgement, allowing you to filter results to better understand acknowledgement status across your team. This report can be filtered by date range and other available filters to help identify which Records have and haven't been acknowledged. Based on the filters applied, the report displays acknowledgement status for each relevant Record.

The report displays key details for each Record, including:

  • Status — Acknowledged or Not Acknowledged

  • Participant

  • User

  • Shift Date

  • Record Type

  • Document Name

  • Acknowledgement Date

You can also sort the following columns:

  • Participant

  • User

  • Shift Date

  • Acknowledgement Date

Search by Participant or User (Support Worker).

Filters

You can also filter the results by date range, Participants, Support Workers or Status.

Date Range

Filter by the desired date or date range using one of the available Presets:

  • Yesterday

  • Today

  • Tomorrow

And to assist you, they can be used in conjunction with the other available Presets:

  1. Week — this/next

  2. Fortnight — this/next

  3. Month — this/next

  4. Quarter — this/next

  5. Year — this/next

Participant

Filter by Participant(s) to review specific Records.

Support Worker

Filter the Record Acknowledgements by Acknowledged or Not Acknowledged. This is a helpful filter to review Support Worker compliance.
