Referrals Export
You can export data relating to all of your referral form submissions using the Referrals Export in Astalty. This export allows you to download submission data for a specific form, including the Status and Assignee.
Finding the Referrals Export
To generate an export of referral form submissions head to the Exports page in Astalty. Then click Create Export and select Referrals or click here.
Creating the Export
Once you're in the Referrals Export, using the 'Export Filters' select the dates using the 'From' and 'To' options to specify the date range of the data you are trying to export.
When you are ready, select 'Create Export'.
Downloading the Export
When the export is ready it will appear on the Exports page where you can click on Download to save it to your device.
Export taking longer than expected?
If your export contains a large amount of data, it may take longer to generate. When an export is expected to take more than 20 seconds to process, Astalty will automatically send you an email once the file is ready.
Exported Fields
The file will include the elements and the headings you have assigned to the form - including Status and Assignee
