You can now assign multiple Involvees to any Incident. Whether they are Team Members, Participants, or Someone Else, this enhancement makes it easier to capture everyone involved - improving the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of your recorded incidents.
Additionally, you can now hover your cursor over any listed Involvee to quickly view their full name and contact type, giving you instant context without needing to open any additional details.
We’ve added a new Age filter to the Participants list.
Whether you're receiving requests for service or searching for a specific demographic, the new Age filter makes it easier to quickly narrow down potential matches and searches. This enhancement improves accuracy and reduces the time spent searching for the right participant.

Added information about recording device locations
When granted permission, Astalty will now store the location of a user when they undertake certain actions within the new Astalty app. This currently only affects customers using scheduling.
Added information about how we handle unsolicited data that is sent to us.
This mainly pertains to receiving unsolicited information about people that are not our customers.
Added information about how we use recordings of sales calls, product demonstrations, or other interactions with customers, including how we obtain consent for such recordings.
Our customers will always be notified if the call or interaction is being recorded and given an opportunity to opt-out.
Clarified how we share data with our service providers (such as server and database providers).
