We have released the referrals functionality this week! We are very excited to introduce this new feature. Check in from Calendar Event

We have now added a check in option to a calendar event task creation. This works similarly to how the check in feature works in the Create Task option.

Budget Details Extended

We have extended the field of view for budget item details within the participant Budget menu.This will display the information in a better format within the item description when the description is extensive.

Note Template Usage Type for Budgets Item Description

We have added the note template usage type for the Participant Budgets Item Description. Now you can store common item description for your budget items!

Record and Plan Expiry Calendar views

We have added the Participant Record and Plan Expiry calendar views under the Other Calendar option within the Astalty Calendar.

Preferred Contact Method in Participant profile

We have added the Contact Preference option within the participants details on the participant profile page. To update this simply click 'edit' on the participants profile page above the participant details section.

Voided Charges Report Updates

We have added an additional column to the voided charges report. The column is the voided date column.

New Image Element to Form builder

We have added a new image field element to the form builder. Now you can add images to a form.

Employment title placeholder

In addition to the employment title you can now enter the employment title placeholder to Astalty Templates to generate the employment title within the generated template.

Invoice Reminders - Disabling option within the invoice

We have added the option to disable invoice reminders on a per invoice basis! You can do this within the particular invoice that you would like to disable reminders for by clicking the actions button and selecting 'Disable Invoice Reminders' from the dropdown menu!
