We’ve made a small but important adjustment to how the billing email is handled when account ownership is transferred. This change helps prevent unexpected updates, especially in cases where the billing email was set to a generic accounts inbox.
How it works:
If the previous owner had set a dedicated billing email (e.g. accounts@example.net), that address will stay the same after the transfer.
If the previous owner used their own login email as the billing email (e.g. JohnDoe@example.net), the billing email will automatically update to the new owner’s email address once the transfer is complete.

You can now duplicate a participant’s document directly from the Generated Documents table in the Templates menu of their Profile! No need to go through the whole regeneration process — simply make a copy in just a click.
Team member users with permission to view All Participants can now access the Participant Risks Report for every participant. This report gives them a comprehensive overview of all recorded risks, including details, controls, inherent and residual risk levels, review dates, and each risk’s rating within your matrix.
