We've created a new page in Settings to help you easily enable and manage all your Optional Features within Astalty. Currently this page will display the Staff Payment feature, and from 1st December it will also include our much anticipated option for Scheduling. You must be the Account Owner to access and enable these features. For more on Optional Features - click here.
Great news, Astalty now manages NDIA OPEN payments differently now with the Invoice Batches that contain NDIS Managed claims. When a receipt file from PRODA contains OPEN payments, Astalty will no longer stop you from uploading and processing the file. Instead, Astalty will warn you so you can still create payments from NDIS.
We’ve introduced a new NDIA template to support you during sensitive circumstances: Notify Participant Death.
Just like our existing NDIA templates, you can now generate a pre-filled version of this form directly from Astalty, automatically populated with the Participant’s details. This helps streamline the process at a difficult time, reducing manual data entry and ensuring the information provided to the NDIA is accurate and complete.
To access the template, simply navigate to the NDIA Templates section within the Templates of a Participants Profile and select Notify Participant Death. You will need to make the necessary selections and from there the form can be generated with all relevant information prepopulated in, ready for your review before sending.
Great news, our team have deployed an update for external forms, making them accessible from the "All Forms" page for all users now!
Simply navigate to the All Forms page within Forms, you can toggle the form Type to 'External'. You should now see any External forms that have been published.
Great news! We’ve just released an update that makes external forms even easier to create.
You can now create all published External Forms directly from the All Forms page. This update is available to all users, helping you manage your forms more efficiently in one central location.
To get started:
Go to Forms > All Forms
Use the Type filter and switch it to External
Any published external forms will now appear in the list
This enhancement improves access and ensures your team can quickly use external forms without needing to navigate elsewhere.
Great news! Our development team has added a new option - ‘Others’ - to the Risk To dropdown within Risks.
This update provides greater flexibility when documenting risks, particularly for scenarios that may not neatly fit into existing categories. We hope this addition helps you capture information more accurately and supports better risk management.
Looks like our Staff Payments Report was pulling a Ferris Bueller - when asked to change pages or adjust the number of entries, it simply ignored the commands and we have no idea how it spent the rest of its day.
Much like Ferris dodging school, the report decided to skip responding altogether: “Toggling the number of entries? Page changes? I’m taking the day off.”
But don’t worry, our development team intervened before it "borrowed" Dad’s car. Whether you're toggling between pages or changing the number of entries, report is officially back in class now responding reliably and working as expected.
