Transitioning To Astalty

Welcome to Astalty!

We’re here to make your transition to Astalty as smooth and stress-free as possible. The following is a suggested guide to help you get started—it’s flexible, so feel free to tailor it to your organisation’s needs. That said, we do recommend following a structure similar to the one outlined below to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Creating an account

Make sure you’ve created your account here: https://app.astalty.com.au/register.

If you’d like to extend your trial, please reach out to your Account Manager, and they’ll organise that for you.

Data Migration

Start by identifying the data you’d like to migrate into Astalty. The process can be streamlined using a set of import spreadsheets provided by Astalty to make onboarding easier. These imports cover the following data types:

  • Participants
  • Case Notes
  • Documents
  • Contacts

You can access all import guides here: Imports Overview

Get in touch with your current software provider as early as possible—some providers can take weeks to supply the data you’ll need.

Astalty for Business Operators

This short course helps you set up the software without hassle. Ensuring your business details are entered, charge items are set up, and users are added. - Access here.

We strongly recommend that business owners or senior managers responsible for implementing Astalty complete this course to ensure a smooth and successful setup.

Astalty for New Users

An introduction to Astalty for New Users. This course will cover the general use of the software, creating billable tasks, setting up Participant profiles, reports and more! - Access here.

Astalty Finance

Ensure your first invoice run goes smoothly, have your invoices reconciled correctly, and edit any invoices as necessary. This course will guide you through the invoice process! - Access here.

Go-Live & Rollout

Once training and data migration are complete, you can choose how to roll out Astalty across your organisation. Some teams prefer to go live with the entire team at once, while others start with a small group to pilot the system, monitor progress, and address any issues before expanding.

Select the rollout strategy that best suits your team and minimises risk. Once you're confident everything is in place, you can begin inviting users to the platform using the steps found here.

Invoicing & Billing

Once your trial has ended, you will receive an automatic invoice from Stripe on behalf of Astalty. Astalty only offers payment via your nominated card, which can be managed here.
