We’ve just released a brand-new report: the My Billable Charges Report!
This report gives each user visibility into the financial details of the charges they’ve personally created within Astalty, helping them better understand and track their contributions.
By default, only Admin users will see this report. To make it available for your team, simply head to a user’s profile, open their permissions, and enable “My Billable Charges Report.”
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new note template type that can now be used in the Description field within Risks!
This addition makes it easier than ever for your team to capture accurate, consistent, and detailed risk information. Whether it’s guiding staff to enter the right details or speeding up the process with ready-to-use templates for common scenarios, this feature helps ensure nothing important is missed.
Streamlining the way risk descriptions are recorded, will save time, improve consistency across your caseload, and give your team greater confidence when documenting risks.
Admin users can create these Participant Risk Description note template types within the Task and Notes menu within Settings.
Any user can utilise these created note template types by using the Note Template option in the Risk Description field (as shown below).
We’ve fixed an issue where newly added Budget items wouldn’t appear at the end of the list after reordering. Now, when you reorder your Budget items, any new items you add will correctly show up at the bottom of the list.
