Support Cancellations Report

This is an Astalty Scheduling feature.

Overview

The Support Cancellations Report provides visibility over all cancelled supports and allows you to filter results to better understand cancellation patterns. This report can be filtered by date range, and includes more flexible options to help analyse cancellation behaviour.

Accessing the Support Cancellations Report

  1. From the left-hand side menu, click Reports.

  2. Scroll down to the Rostering section.

  3. Select Support Cancellations Report.

You can filter cancellations by:

  • Cancelled By – Participant or Provider

  • Charge Behaviour – Whether the support was charged or not charged

  • Pay Behaviour – Whether the support worker was paid or not paid

  • Participant – View cancellations for a specific participant

  • Cancellation Reason – Filter by automated reasons from Astalty’s cancellation reason library, or by custom reasons entered by your organisation
