Diagnosing App Issues

Overview
If you experience issues with the Astalty app, providing clear and detailed information helps our support team diagnose and resolve the problem faster. This guide outlines the quick checks you can perform, the information you should collect, and how to submit a report.
1. Quick Checks
Before contacting support, try the following:
Hard close the app and re-open it to see if the issue persists.
Check for updates:
Go to the far-right screen (person icon).

Tap on Runtime Version

If an update is available, download the update.
2. Collecting Information
When reporting an issue, please include:
A short video recording showing the exact action that caused the issue.
The edition and model of your phone (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S22).
How to Record Your Screen
If a screen recording is not possible, please include screenshots.
3. Submitting Your Report
Send your report in one of two ways:
Email your video and phone details to support@astalty.com.au
