Making Information Items Visible to Support Workers
This is an Astalty Scheduling feature.
Overview
Information Items allow Astalty users to store important participant details under customisable headings. By enabling the Visible to Support Workers option, you can make specific Information Items available in the Astalty app for Support Workers to view on the participant’s profile. This feature is ideal for controlling which details are shared with Support Workers while keeping other information visible only to office staff.
Turning On Visible to Support Workers
In the left-hand menu, go to Settings.
Select Participants.
At the top of the screen, click Information Items.
Locate the Information Item you want to update, click the three dots, and select Edit.

Tick the Visible to Support Workers checkbox.

Click Update to save your changes.
Once updated, the selected Information Item will be visible to Support Workers in the Astalty app under the participant’s profile.
How Information Items Appear for Support Workers
The screenshot/s below shows a participant’s profile in the Astalty app with Information Items added. Each item is clickable and opens a card from the bottom of the screen, displaying more details about that Information Item.
