When a participant receives a plan extension in Astalty, you can update the existing plan rather than adding a new one. Navigate to the participant's profile and access the NDIS plan. Edit the plan to adjust the end date and update funding amounts for services accordingly. Reconcile the funding to ensure accuracy. You can adjust the remaining amount based on data from the plan manager, portal, or participant themselves. This allows you to extend the existing plan seamlessly within Astalty.
