Getting Started

Registering a New Account

Creating a new account for Astalty is quick and easy.

  1. Navigate to astalty.com.au/start

  2. Enter your details and click on Register.

  3. Start using Astalty, for free!

Account Ownership

When you create an account, the User who creates the account is assigned as the Business Owner. This cannot be changed easily.

This role will have full access to Astalty - including, and most importantly, your Astalty subscription details. It is recommended that the business owner sets up this account under their email address.

Astalty Lite vs. Professional

Astalty Lite is free to use and contains the most basic tools to manage your daily tasks. If you need things like Bulk Uploading, Invoice and Payment Management, Notifications and more, Astalty Professional has you covered.

Setting Up Your Account

Regardless of whether you are a Lite or Professional user, there are some things you should do first When you create a new account, there a few things need to be set up before you can run your first Invoice Batch.

  1. Business Details

  2. Charge Intervals

Business details

First, you should head to the Business Page where you should ensure you have updated these key fields;

  • Provider Name

  • Registration Number

  • ABN

  • Region

You can read more about configuration options for your business here.

WARNING

We use the Region you set when you are importing Charge Items. If you do not set the Region, you will not be able to add Charge Items from the NDIS Price Guide.

WARNING

If you do not set your Provider Registration Number, you will not be able to create bulk upload files.

You can also upload your logo on this page.

INFO

For Professional users, this is the logo that will appear on your invoices.

Charge Intervals

On the Business Page, you can configure your Charge Intervals - these are used when adding time to a Task. You can use the pre-defined 15 or 6 minute intervals, or you are free to define your own intervals.
