Site Utilisation at a Glance

Sites now have a Utilisation tab that shows funding utilisation for every participant assigned to the site on one screen — so you can spot who is overspending or underspending against a support category without opening each profile.

• See Funded, Claimed, Remaining and % Used per participant for the selected support category
• An Overspending / Underspending status compares spend against how far each participant is through their funding period
• Expand any row to see the funding schedule breakdown behind the totals
• Filter by Service Category — your selection is remembered per site
• Available to providers with Scheduling enabled, and visible to staff with the site utilisation view permission
