Claim Type Specific Line Items

From 1 July 2026, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements introduce claim type specific line items for a number of supports. Instead of a single line item with the Claim Type selected on the charge, each claim type now has its own line item number identified by a suffix.

• New suffixes identify each claim type: _CA (Cancellation), _NF (Non-Face-to-Face), _PT (Provider Travel), _RR (NDIA Requested Reports), and _TH (Telehealth)
• If you are already using affected Charge Items added before 1 July 2026, you don't need to do anything — Astalty automatically applies the correct Support Item Number and matching suffix on any Charges dated on or after 1 July 2026
• If you are adding these Items, each Support Item now appears separately so you can add the one you need. On Charges dated on or after 1 July 2026, the Claim Type is locked to the correct one and cannot be edited from the Charge
